Peppermint Tea is by far, one of our most popular teas, some even go as far as saying it's the best peppermint tea on the market (we would agree...)! Peppermint like a lot of herbal teas is commonly used to soothe or treat symptoms such as nausea and indigestion. Not being doctors we can't back this up but archaeological evidence shows that it has been used for over 10,000 years. Maybe there is something to it, but we love it for its freshness and tinglyness.

Organic whole peppermint leaves
HOW WE LIKE IT
Brew 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per 200ml water. Or 2 Suki scoops per stump teapot. Infuse in freshly boiled water (98°C) for 3-6 minutes.
